Brooktronics offers training to several MIL-STD's to allow your employee's to do the necessary Brush Plating using the Brooktron Process, or have one of our certified technicians do the work for you. Below are some examples of the applications Brooktronics performs. 

Cadmium Plating on landing gear components to QQ-P-416F.     

With minimal masking involved, plating is concentrated where you need it without affecting the surrounding plating.

Plating threads on a damper piston rod. 

Shows the damper piston thread before plating, after cadmium and after the Type II coating.

Components can be plated in place or while disassembled.

Nickel plating to repair the diameter on a turbine.

Anodize repairs can be done to MIL-A-8625 Type I and II without 

affecting the existing anodic coating.
