Brooktronics Engineering and the Brooktron Process allow you to rebuild your    

 worn or mismachined parts and give them a new lease on life. With buildups of 

.040" or higher parts can be brought back into service in less time and for less 

money than with new components. With the Brooktron Process the deposit is 

electrochemically bonded to the surface to give you superior adhesion and 

strength on new or old parts.

After years of use these armatures were worn oblong and needed to be plated with .020" of Nickel per side and ground back to final dimension.

The 19" diameter by 3" deep bore of this main body was mismachined by .005" on the diameter and needed to be Brush Nickel plated to bring it back into tolerance.

This diameter needed to be built up .0035" to bring it back into tolerance.

This shaft required a build up of .008" to bring it back into tolerance.

Rebuilding a 22" diameter X 7" Deep

bore .010" thick.
