Brooktronics Engineering and the Brooktron Process allow you to rebuild your    

 worn or mismachined parts and give them a new lease on life. With buildups of 

.040" or higher parts can be brought back into service in less time and for less 

money than with new components. With the Brooktron Process the deposit is 

electrochemically bonded to the surface to give you superior adhesion and 

strength on new or old parts.

After years of use these armatures were worn oblong and needed to be plated with .020" of Nickel per side and ground back to final dimension.

                Copper plating on bearing journals that were later machined back to size

                      Silver plating bearing journals on bell housings for navy vessels.
