With the Brooktron Process you are able to rebuild worn or mismachined parts that would otherwise be scrapped. The plating deposit is electrochemically bonded to the surface giving you superior adhesion and strength over sleeving. With plating a thickness of .040" or higher parts can be brought back into service for a fraction of what it would cost to replace them.

The 19" diameter by 3" deep bore of this main body was mismachined by .005" on the diameter and needed to be Brush Nickel plated to bring it back into tolerance.

This diameter needed to be built up .0035" to bring it back into tolerance.

This shaft required a build up of .008" to bring it back into tolerance.

Copper plating premium threads to prevent galling.

Rebuilding a 19" X 3" Bore with Nickel.

Large parts or small parts can be brought back into tolerance using the Brooktron Process.
